Having an effective floor care program is essential to the long term care of a facility. Floors require regular cleaning and maintenance to retain the appearance and durability. There are several methods used to maintain floors depending on type and flow of traffic through your facility.

Floor Cleaning & Maintenance

Burnishing

This is done to remove dirt, scuff marks and to restore the luster of finish leaving floors shiny. This process is done daily or weekly depending on foot traffic.

Scrub & Recoat

This is less intense and is intended for more regular service. The top layer of wax is removed then 2-3 coats of finish is applied.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Over time the tile and grout gets very dirty and grimy. Its the most susceptible germs and soiling, therefore needs a deep cleaning. We use hot water extraction to remove dirt to leave floors clean and restored.

Strip & Wax

This involves the removal of all layers of old wax on the floor, then apply 4-5 new layers of finisher to keep it shiny and protected.

Carpet Cleaning

We use the bonnet carpet cleaning method, where an absorbent pad is rapidly spun in a circular motion. This motion swipes dirt and debris away from the carpet fibers and into the absorbent pad, where it stays until disposal. It’s the perfect way to get your carpets looking clean and fresh once again.
